Bud Stevens

Bud Stevens is one of the co-founders of Vermont Hard Seltzer Company. He's a combat veteran who knows how to navigate difficult environments. He earned his MBA at Norwich University. Bud has been in business development for over 20 years, driving sales and growing global businesses. He has owned and/or managed businesses in the semiconductor and renewable energy industries, and was also co-owner of a craft brewery in the mid-2000's. Bud is currently a co-owner of Juggernaut Construction, supporting the residential housing market in the Northeast Kingdom. His goal is to help increase the economic viability of his community through his impact on the economic flywheel (housing) and job creation.

Bud and his wife, Anne, have a blended family of 7 kids (3 boys, 4 girls) and 3 grandkids (all girls). Some of Bud's kids left Vermont to pursue careers in the US Airforce, brewing craft beer in Texas, and another following her dreams in SoCal. Bud's hobbies include working on his Hardwick property with Anne, sugaring, and running a fledgling Christmas Tree operation. Like most Vermonters, he's no stranger to hard work and perseverance.

Bud joined Matt and his business idea to create a hard seltzer company in the Northeast Kingdom in January of 2023. Together, they built the framework in operations, sales, and distribution that led to the first sale of Vermont Hard Seltzer in November of the same year.
